Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit) 
I apologize immediately for my English, I use a translator. The laptop connector is designed for a headset, but I only want a microphone there, how to do it?
that is, I insert the microphone into the connector, it works, but the sound is muted.

What is the exact model for your computer?

 

Based on your description, it looks like your computer comes with a combo jack (Headphone and microphone) and there is no option to change it.
