Hi:

 

The 15-Eh2000 model series is only supported by HP for W11.

The only suggestion I can offer for W10, would be to see if the W10 audio driver from the previous model 15-eh1000 also works for your notebook.

If that doesn't work, you will have to take the free upgrade to W11 if you want the sound to work again.
