Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

this is not the first time but it happened many times the light on f6 for my laptop is actually good at physical condition but there is some kind of issue with the software I had to reinstall windows to get this fixed but I don't want that there must be some solution to fix the issue with the mute light please help me 

if you dint got the above information clearly -> my problem is mute light on f6 button is not working {thechnical fault}

  • What is the product number of your computer?
  • Is the mute button working when you press it? (Regardless of the light)
  • Have you made any software or hardware changes on the computer?
