After a windows update, my IDT High Definition Audio CODEC does not work on my laptop. It says part of the driver is missing & also says it is a CODE 10. I have done EVERYTHING I know to fix this problem. I also don't think I have the realtek driver on my laptop either. Please help me if you can resolve this. THANK YOU.

Hi, @BadMoon241
If your notebook has the IDT audio chip, see if installing this W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook, and restarting the PC, restores the sound quality.

This is what I got when I tried to install it.
_ExitError: Error=FeatureMoveData #1 failed. Feature={IDTAudioDriver} Component={Driver} File={C:\ProgramFiles\IDT|wdm\}Error Number={2147024713}
I have no idea what this means.
