my laptop has a audio issue

hello hp team i want to tell u my problem my problem is with my audio device when i install realtek audio i iwll get a blue screen but when i install b&o audi driver i get an error called no device detected something like that i  do all the slutions but it wont work i got into boot manager startup steing and the audi device was on i don't know what to do and i dont have an restore poiny
