my nootbooks audio device doesn't work...

my laptop has a amd radeon 5 5500u today ı needed to use amd application but in this time my  voice up, voice down and microfone starting doesn't work . I tried the all thing should ı do but it doesn't work how can ı fix this issue.

that's ridiculous my compurt has amd radeon but when it's working my audio device stoping  the work
