HP Recommended

After Norton updated my Realtek driver, I have had no audio. the computer says no audio device detected and the computer driver update says all is good, but I have no sound. the button for volume does not work either.

The only suggestion I can offer would be to run the system restore utility and select a restore point closest to the time before Norton updated your notebook's audio driver.

Recommendation:  Only update audio and graphics drivers from your notebook's support page if there are updates.
