Hi @hamlet2808,
Welcome to HP Support Community.
Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.
I'm sorry to hear that you're having issues with the audio on your HP ENVY X360 laptop after the Windows 11 update. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can try.
- Check the audio settings: Make sure that the volume is turned up and the speakers are selected as the default playback device. You can do this by right-clicking on the speaker icon in the taskbar and selecting "Open Sound settings."
- Update audio drivers: Go to the HP support website and download the latest audio drivers for your laptop. Install them and restart your laptop to see if the issue is resolved.
- Roll back the update: If the issue started after the Windows 11 update, you can try rolling back the update to see if that resolves the issue. Go to Settings > Update & Security > Recovery, and select "Go back to the previous version of Windows 11."
- Check for hardware issues: If none of the above steps work, there might be a hardware issue with the speakers or the audio jack.
I hope this helps.
Take care and have a good day.
