Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Just got a new docking station, product # b9c87ut#aba.  When undocked the laptop sound works fine.  When docked I get no sound.  What's wrong?

What is your zBook ? b9c87u is just the docking station. You may need Audio driver/software for your machine. But what is it ?

 

The following image shows one example: I'm using Lenovo dock for my HP machine and I need driver. In my case it installed automatically
