problem with sound

Hi, 

I am contacting you regarding my computer. The problem started 2 months ago in France. I could no longer change the sound coming out of the speakers with the keyboard or the cursor but I could change it with headphones connected. It was sent to your workshop for repairs and came back fixed. But a week later the problem came back and the store where I bought the computer told me to see directly with you since I am not in France anymore. When they repaired it they changed the SSD hard drive.
