Buenos dias. Me acabo de comprar un HP Victus 16 R1006ns   9Q7E4EA#ABE  y no me detecta la salida de audio, he instalado los controladores y las actualizaciones de windows 10 (sistema operativo que he instalado) e incluso ni siquiera en la entrada de los auriculares. Busque por los foros y no doy con ello, siguiendo instrucciones de desinstalar e instalar el controlador y sigo sin dar con ello. Por favor necesito vuestra ayuda. Muchas gracias a todos/as.
