All the solutions tell me to launch Services, log on as administrator and disable CxUtilSvc. I already did that. In fact I not only disabled CxUtilSvc but I somehow deleted it because it no longer shows in Services.
The message still appears. Any ideas?

How Conextant audio is in the picture because the series does not support that at all
https://support.hp.com/au-en/drivers/hp-14-cf0000-laptop-pc/20395769
My suggestion is to perform a clean install audio driver
1. Download https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp111001-111500/sp111460.exe
and save on your computer
2. Use Device Manager to uninstall audio driver (if any),
3. Reboot machine,
4. Install downloaded file above,
5. Reboot machine.
Hope this helps.
Regards

Grrrrrr. I did the above and continue to receive the same notification following the re-installation and several updates. Am I the only HP laptop user on the planet who has this annoying problem? Maybe I just need to live with it.
