I factory reset my laptop and now I don't have input and output devices. I found on Google that i need audio drivers but on hp support it says There is no software or drivers available for your product.

HP retired support for your notebook since it is more than 10 years old which is why you got that message when you went to look for drivers.

 

This reputable 3rd party driver website has the drivers you need for your notebook:

 

HP ENVY 17-j177ez drivers

 

If you installed W10 then you need this W10 audio driver:

 

IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver 

 

6.10.6492.0

I couldn't find any drivers for Windows 10. Can download drivers for Windows 8.1?

Yes, the W8.1 drivers will work on W10, but not the audio driver which is why I gave you the W10 IDT audio driver from a newer model notebook that should work on your notebook too.
