sound drivers for windows 10

Please I am ABSOLUTELY lost, they sold my brother this laptop and it does not have the audio drivers, he has windows 10, I tried looking up drivers for that specific laptop and for windows 10 and I don't find any PLEASE PLEASE help me.

The notebook is only supported by HP for Windows 11.

There are no drivers for W10, so the only suggestion I can offer would be to install Windows 11 on the notebook.

If you want to try this W10 audio driver first--this one is from the older 15s-fq3xxx model series.

Click on the blue Windows 11 Installation Assistant button (1st option form the link below), to do an in-place upgrade to Windows 11.

Before you do anything, since the notebook came with FreeDOS, I recommend that you get the Windows 10 product key in case you need it to re-install Windows 11.

Download and run the free Showkey Plus app from the Microsoft Store.

ShowKeyPlus - Microsoft Apps

Then you can print out and save the product key for future use.

Keep it in a safe place.

Then you can install the W11 drivers from the notebook's support page:
