My volume is turned all the way up but I can barley hear it

Hi,f

Have you tried reinstalling windows or reinstalling the drivers for your speaker/sound card on your laptop?

have you spilled water or any other liquid on your laptop?

if you didnt do both the things i mentioned above then it maybe a hardware issue and you may need to take it to

store for repair.
