Hi Team,

Laptop sound not working. I need help on this? Is this software issue or Speaker issue?

If anyone can screen mirror and check my laptop so that i can take this laptop to service center.

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble with your laptop's sound. Here are a few steps you can try to diagnose the problem:

Check Sound Settings:

  • Ensure that the sound is not muted. You can check this via the sound icon on your taskbar.
  • Verify that the correct playback device is selected if you have multiple audio devices.

Update Audio Drivers:

  • Go to "Device Manager" on your laptop and check if there are any updates available for your audio drivers.

Check for External Devices:

  • If you're using external speakers or headphones, ensure they are properly connected and working.

Run Audio Troubleshooter:

  • Use the built-in Windows Audio Troubleshooter to detect and fix issues automatically.
