Hello

I have bought this laptop four months ago but i am having the sound issues in speaker . Like some sort of buzzing or distortion since beginning . 

I have tried all kind of troubleshooting and the troubleshooter shows no issue but there is buzzing during music play.

Please, help me to sort this problem...

I would like to help

 

Please run an Audio Test from F2 Diagnostic and check if you hear the same buzzing sound

 

- Hold the power button for at least five seconds to turn off the Notebook.

- Turn on the computer and immediately press Esc repeatedly, about once every second.

- When the menu appears, press the F2 key.

- On the main menu, click Component Tests and Audio

If the issue persists during the diagnostic Test, please contact HP Support in your region for service options

 

1) Click on this link - www.hp.com/contacthp/ 
2) Select your product type below.
3) Enter the serial of your device. 
4) Select the country from the drop-down. 
5) Select the chat or get phone number options based on your preferences. 
6) Fill the web-form and proceed further.
