sound related issue

my sound sudden gets at the low volume when sound volume is already on 100 i dont know why sound is very low

after updating windows in late February and early March, the volume mixer began to independently add or reduce sound, and when you reduce it yourself, it adds it to 100% and it is impossible to reduce it further
