Pavilion Laptop 15-cw1xxx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Problem started 12 hours ago when using BBC iPlayer, but is not exclusive to this. Have tried suggested fixes offered by HP Virtual Assistant, but no change in situation. Have installed a Windows update recently, but not just prior to the problem starting.

I have the same problem ever since I purchased this 😞

It always sound like it's going to have good sound quality and one second later it automatically lowers the volume.

Why?

Thanks to friend @Banhien the problem has been solved by doing the following:

Please do a clean install Audio software/driver, this should help.

(a) Download the following driver and save on your computer,

            https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp100001-100500/sp100144.exe

(b) Go to Device Manager, Sound to uninstall sound driver (Realtek) and reboot,
(c) Right click downloaded file and select Run as administrator,
(d) Reboot again.

Regards.
