speaker failure

HP Recommended
spectre 360 convertible

my speaker volume is very low, and it keeps on stopping to work, and i need to go to the settings and disable it and then enable it, it should work again.

any help would be welcome.

  • Step 1: Restart the computer
  • Step 2: Run the Audio Check in HP Support Assistant
  • Step 3: Use the troubleshooting tool in Windows
  • Step 4: Test external speakers or headphones
  • Step 5: Update the audio driver. Click here to complete the troubleshooting steps.
