I too am having a speaker hissing/crackling noise after my x360 warms up. I've had this issue for almost as long as when  I bought it refurbished 6 months ago. Whenever I was on a zoom meeting my audience noticed as time passed they couldn't hear me. They hear noise like I was under water. I couldn't hear them very well either. The reseller did not have a resolution.  My third party insurance asked me to take it to a licensed technician for a diagnosis. The first one didn't want to waste my time however, he did recommend uninstall/reinstall the sound driver device. As far has hardware, he said there is not much that you can do as these parts are most often lower quality and sealed. The driver update did nothing. I took it to a second tech and they ran some short tests on it, but were not able to replicate the sound issue using zoom. I don't know at this point if the sound quality on zoom is related to the crackling noise from the speakers, as I normally wear ear buds.

Today, I found a link on this site with an improved/updated Realtek driver. I finished installing and we shall see what happens.
