Pavilon x360 Convertable 14-ba1xx
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have 2 identical laptops - Pavilon x360 Convertable 14-ba1xx - which have just had the W10 2004 updates applied along with Office 354 updates. Both have the same problem in that the speakers sound is silent, but Bluetooth, USB AND the round jack all produce sound.  I have tried video, audio on-line video and Zoom and it is the same for all sources

I have checked and we have the latest drivers, I have used the sound trouble shooter, but not yet uninstalled and re-installed anything as we use them for business and have a lot of zoom calls at present.  I have also checked the levels and the mixer leves and all are 100%.

What is the reliable solution please?
