Spectre x360
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

There is a random "double beep" sound coming from my Spectre x360. Its a few years old, but it has never given me problems until today. Its super annoying, doesnt seem to be connected to any clicking or any website or app. just occurs randomly

I did the following steps without improvement:

1) Driver update - system firmware

2) BIOS update

3) try as well i could to get a hold of anyone from HP service..... NOT helpful at all

4) tapping F10 and F11 during restart was NOT helpful

As Im typing now I realize that I havent heard the noise since I did the following (about 5 minutes ago)

1)unplugged from the AC cable

2) held power button on for 15 seconds

Im nervous this beeping will come back

Its almost as bad as those **bleep** smoke detectors!!!!!

Please help with any other ideas. Im getting desparate....

thanks

I
