HP 2000 PC - Volumn problem. I've tried the HP Troubleshooter. All Windows updates are installed but the volumn control is stuck at 28%. What happened to change things all of a sudden? My husband also has an HP laptop & he's having the same problem. Both have Windows 10. Days of going thru the cute HP Support girlie is so frustraing!
