Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

My HP laptop is Pavilion dv6-6c43cl

After formatting the laptop, the mute button is working fine but the light is not turned on. May be the driver is not the right one. Please advise me! Thank you

Have you download and install the driver from HP website?
