Dear HP Support Team,

 

Firstly, the speaker sound quality is subpar, particularly when the volume is set to higher levels. Even at moderate volumes, the sound produced is distorted and unpleasant. This issue persists across various media applications, including music, videos, and online calls. As someone who relies on their laptop for multimedia purposes, this problem is highly disruptive and disappointing. Secondly, the touchpad on my laptop has ceased to function entirely.

May I know when are you facing this issue?

Did you make any hardware or software-related changes to it?

 

Press Windows + I to launch Settings, and click on the Troubleshoot option on the right in the System tab. Next, click on Other Troubleshooters to view all the available options. Now, locate the Playing Audio troubleshooter, and then click on the Run button next to it.

Subject: Follow-up on Sound Quality Issue and Service Center Visit Inquiry

Hello Elohi,

I've conducted the test you suggested, and it didn't indicate any apparent problems. However, as I previously mentioned, when playing songs at full volume, the sound produced is distorted and unpleasant.

Furthermore, I'm considering visiting a service center in Istanbul, Türkiye, to address this matter. I feel more comfortable discussing the issue face-to-face and would appreciate your guidance on locating a suitable service center in the area.
