when i reset my laptop then DTS controller were gone....now i have realtek audio manager but the sound is very low..mean seriously very low ..i tried uninstalling audio driver and updateing them but DTS controller not camem back..i have also tried restarting my laptop after uninstalling drivers but this also didnt help me..in big trouble now.plz help me

Hi,
Try downloading and installing the Realtek HD Audio software package on the following link - this should also provide the dts panel.
https://ftp.hp.com/pub/softpaq/sp81001-81500/sp81305.exe
