hi 

after upgrading to windows 10 i have an issue with the sound it became very low, I tried many solutions but it didn't work can you support me with compatible sound drivers for hp EliteBook  8570w windows 10? or any other solution you may know

Hi:

 

Unfortunately, I don't believe there is anything you can do and will have to live with the low audio produced by the generic Microsoft IDT audio driver.

 

There was only one W10 IDT notebook audio driver released to HP and that is this one:

 

IDT High-Definition (HD) Audio Driver

 

6.10.6492.0

For some model notebooks it works, but for many it does not.

What is the hardware ID? Can be found under Details for the audio device in the device manager. This allows you to find a suitable driver, e.g. in the Microsoft Update Catalog.
