Please could you let me know a contact number? I'm going around in circles here, as it keeps trying to point me to PCworld and I can't find a contact.. I've spoken to PC world, who basically say that because I haven't purchased additional cover I'm not entitled to help because a warranty doesn't entitle me to help. they did give me some suggestions on how to fault find myself having told me they weren't really supposed to offer that much help so the guy was trying to help.. But basically suggested I do a fresh install, see if the fault occurs.. then install all my drivers and software programs one at a time doing system restore until the fault occurs.. that would be ok if it wasn't a intermittent fault that takes sometimes 10days or so to occur.. I could be here months and then I WILL be out of any warranty if it turns out its hardware.
