Product: HP EliteBook Folio 9470m Ultrabook (ENERGY STAR)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

in windows 10 my laptops sound output is very poor. but when I use Ubuntu or any Linux distribution the sound output increases. I flash windows 10 many times but nothing has been improved.i also uninstall and install the driver. but there is no driver in hp driver support for my device.what can I do?

sir, I downloaded both of the software. but can't install any of the software. it shows this message," the hardware detected is not supported by this IDT software package. the install will be aborted." then it stops installing.
