Product: HP ENVY x360 15m-eu0 Convertible PC (267R7AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I have an hp 360 envy laptop running windows 11 22H2. My volume mute button is located at the f5 key and the mic mute button is at the f8 key. Normally there is a orange light that appears when I have muted by volume or mic, but the light is not turning on when I press either of the keys or both of them. This is really bothering me and I can't seem to fix it. I have installed/uninstalled/disabled/enabled my realtek audio driver that is currently a 2023 version and it is not working and I'm very frustrated! Please help!
