Product: Hp pavilionx360
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My laptop updated and now I have a problem with the volume I have this stupid thing on my screen top left hand side it stays on all the time and gets in the way I can't turn my volume up or down and that thing at the top is something to do with that I've looked online and tried everything the only way I can get it off is by disabling my volume stuff I'm not a young kid so don't understand a lot of things please help my laptop is still under warranty for the next two months tell me what I need to do please
