Do you mean restall windows 10?

Thank you very much for answering! But my computer is already the windows 10 when I bought it, it had sound before, just yesterday when I used it and found it had no sound 😞

No-I did not mean reinstall Windows. You can use Recovery Manager to install just drivers/software too.

Reinstalling Drivers/Software> Windows 10

Hooray:smileyhappy: it worked!!! I unstalled the realtek auto driver, restart and  using HP recovery manager, recovery the realtek auto driver,  restart  as you instructed, then bingo! I can hear the sound again:smileyhappy:  Thank you so much @ CheryLG.  Thank you for answering too @umoori
