That is the culprit. Please reinstall Windows 10 on your machine. You can install Windows 10 and keep all user files/data and apps (or programs).

 

1. Download Windows 10 ISO file from the following link and save to your machine,

               https://www.microsoft.com/en-au/software-download/windows10

2. Right click ISO file and Mount ISO file as a DVD,

3. Run Setup

        

Please remember to keep all files and program
