Good day. After buying a laptop (about 4 months ago), the question torments me. This is a very long time in any job. The load does not fall by less than 20%. I am very upset. It is impossible to watch everything in a good mood, access to the camp should be a maximum of 480p and pots. Amd a6-9220, 2.50 GHz, installed the latest drivers from the manufacturer’s website in my case HP. I beg you very much help.

I am faced with the problem of a strong laptop load. After buying a laptop, there was no windows on it and I installed it myself (Windows 10) updated all the drivers downloaded from your site to the newest ones and started using laptops in less than 5 minutes as I began to notice lags on it especially when watching videos on the Internet. Then I decided to install older drivers, the problem was not eliminated. I even installed drivers from the amd company, but the problem has become worse.

@Roma2004,

Thank you for the information.

Have you followed the steps suggested in the article in my previous post? If yes and the issue persists, then I recommend you run a system test on the computer to make sure that there is no hardware failure.

Follow the steps in the below artilce to perform a system reset.

I did a reset, reinstalled windows on 10, installed all the drivers using Hp support assistant, but the problem was not solved with the load of the processor, especially when viewing the video, it loads 100%. Could you help me.
