after starting on blue screen, it does not open windows window, it keeps turning on waiting status then repair appear and waiting stop and pc turn off. I tried factory reset, no change, same problem. Diagnostic result: no problem. please help me.

More info: I also replaced the cmos battery with a new one: no effect. My wife also has the same laptop and the same problem occured, It will not boot into windows but we can access the test environnement and all is ok, so I guess the hardware parts are ok but the pc can not access the repair pages, it stops booting and turn off.
