Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I have a Hp laptop 250 G5, I'm getting a white caps LED lock 2 long 1 short (2.1) blink code and cant find the Blink code sheet for this model.

I have replaced the power cord, memory and battery with no change, bios wont start.
