2 long 2 short beeps, doesn't start

Hi guys,

I have a Probook 450 G4. Today my battery went down and when I put it on charger it refused to boot up.

I get 2 long 2 short beeps, caps lock and num lock are blinking and the screen doesn't start. I checked this thread:

Release the Power button but continue pressing the Windows and B keys. You might hear a series of beeps - I hear the usual beeps after which the fans start running on max RPM and nothing else happens afterwards.

Any ideas?

this time it might be your motherboard or bios chip on the motherboard

Is there anything I can do in that case? My laptop is out of warranty unfortunately.
