Product: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae011dx

i have a 2018 hp spectre. its running on windows 11 now. the led light wont go away after turning off. and it wont respond until i do a hard press. only then would the led light turn off and allow me to turn it on. i have done all updates as far as i know.
