Product: Victus by HP 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop 15-fa1000 (771S7AV)

My Laptop has a black screen and 3 Long and 2 Short caps lock beeps (Ram Error Code). I have got this laptop recently and I have not changed the RAM. I’ve tried reseating the ram and cleaning the ram and it’s all the same. The back panel of the laptop has been a little open for a while and i dropped it twice. Will new ram fix the issue? Right now I have the single ram it came with.

Seems  to be an issue of the motherboard. As the you dropped the laptop twice.
