Thank you for your reply!

I'm sorry but that outreaches my technical experience.

Do you mean that I should use CL13 memory?

Just for info: the notebook comes and runs with DDR4-2400 memory.

Hi,

I tried to post some screenshots from cpu-z but the post was removed meanwhile. Is this not allowed?

Edit: Ok, it was marked as spam and has been removed

Hi

We have exactly the same problem. The laptop is a HP ProBook 470 G5 with Core i7 8550U CPU. The new memory modules are Kingston HyperX DDR4-2666 CL15 HX426S15IB2/16.

Hi,

I don't think you'll find a solution here. I sent the ram back.

Hi

If the original was a clock rate of 13, and you install RAM with a clock speed of 14 or 15 and it is problematic then returning for a refund is the best choice.
