Product: HP 255 G7 Notebook PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
When I turned on my laptop today, all I saw was a black screen and a blinking caps lock light (3 slow and 2 fast blinks).
I tried creating a BIOS recovery USB drive and holding a key combination (Win + B), but that didn't work. I also attempted to use RAM from my old laptop and switch the RAM slots, but this did not resolve the problem. I also removed the WiFi receiver and the NVMe disk, but nothing seems to function or give me the option of booting into BIOS recovery.
I'm asking for assistance with this problem because I can't locate any information on this specific model of HP laptop online.
