Product Description: HP Spectre x360 - 13-ae052nr
Product Number: 2LV00UA
Serial Number: [personal info removed]
Whenever I start notebook, this error message comes on screen.
If I turn on and off few times, it may turn on and after using few minutes, it shuts off completely.
I formatted hard drive, still same problem.
I visitedhttps://support.hp.com/us-en/document/ish_6904096-6904147-16. It is has many IF suggestion. Hard for me to understand or follow.
Please help.
