HP Engage One Essential All-in-One System (35J60AV)

We have  HP Engage One Essential All-in-One System product , (powered by android) 

 

its a POS system showing 3F0 error , I searched on HP website and found out that this is some issue of BIOS so it should be updated, I created BIOS file in USB as per the mentioned process but after giving boot option USB, it does not read automatically.

 

I press F9 and choose boot option USB and go to the update folder and search for the update file manually, then the option comes that new version is available, please update now, I tried that too but after few seconds Same error occurs later.

 

Apply defaults, Load Setup Defaults, Reset Factory  in F10 boot options and tried everything I could but it made no difference.,

This is an Android version so I assume it has no hard disk, 

Please can anyone help me fix this,
