[I have an HP laptop model #B4GX7UA#ABA, getting a blue screen that says boot device not found. Did a system diagnostic with the F2 key. Did an extensive test go message-no hard drive installed. Went to www.hp.com/go/3f0 hard drive error it says to set bios to default setting, the only place that I see to reset to factory default is in the Security Tab. What to do?

The F2 diagnostics will find a disk if it is working.

I suspect the disk needs to be replaced.

Your B4X7YA#ABA has cloud restore. I recommend you download the restore immediately

Enter your serial number here to get a parts list

This link shows how to get warranty information.

Let me know if you need to recover important files from the defective drive.  if you send in the laptop for warranty service make sure they return the defective drive if you need to recovery data.
