Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

i am faceing an issue wth my hp laptop when i power it the caplock blinks 5 long blinks and 3 short blinks, this all started when my laptop  was making a fan noise from all the dust which also lead to the laptop burning hot so i took it apart as usaual and cleaned it from the build up dust over this year. when i put it apart and tried to turn it on i was supprised to see a blank screen and the cap lock was blinking 5 long blinks and 3 short can you please provide me with the source of the issue and how to fix it.

It sounds like a bios issue, but one solution could be to reseat your RAM modules.  Hopefully it will be a simple fix!
