HP Recommended
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

The computer doesn't turn on, and just beeps 5 times with small beeps. After the 5 beeps, the keyboard light turns off but the computer stays on (with no display) with the fan turning on at full speed. This computer has had problems regarding memory before but I'm not sure if it's that or some other issue
