HP ProBook 650 G2 Notebook PC
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

A couple of month before, It started with sometimes the laptop not booting and fan making loud sound and sometimes boot after long long time and started getting the error (A7) Me FW Downgrade - Request MeSpiLock Failed on HP Probook 650 G2. I did not do anything like BIOS update or something. But after getting the error, I updated the BIOS and software update with difficulty booting.

I looked in google and found few solutions but that did not work.

The solutions I have tried are -

1. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=TkGFRM3rSV8 Download and Install sp110652.exe and install latest HP BIOS. It did not solve the problem. I get the same error and look like ME has not been re-flashed but sp110652.exe does not report error.

2. BIOS downgrade using backup. BIOS has been downgraded but the problem is not solved.

2. Manually tried downgrade the ME firmware from 11.8 on Windows 10, DOS bootable USB DISK, UEFI bootable disk. It gives error and it was never possible to re-flash or downgrade ME. Look like ME is non responsive or ME firmware is corrupted.

On  ME firmware update utilies FWUpdLcl.efi and MEInfo.efi it gives error - Error 86 communication error between application and intel module

Can someone really let me know how to get rid of this booting problem?
