Hello everyone, I have an HP ENVY AIO. Recently I did a system recovery and when I update the integrated graphics driver, the computer freezes. I turned off the AIO by holding the power button but when I try to turn it on again, the power lights on and the internal fan spins. However the screen remains black, it does not post and did not enter windows. I swapped the CPU, memory, and SSD but no luck. I suspect this is a bios related issue but I could not find the HP BIOS Update Utility to create a bootable USB. What should I do now? Thanks!
