I bought this OMEN by HP 17-an104ng Gaming laptop when there were no RTX laptops in the market. It came with the latest 8th gen i7 processor at the moment of purchase. Specs below:
CPU: Intel Core i7-8750H
GPU: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1060 (6GB GDDR5)
DISPLAY: 17.3”, Full HD (1920 x 1080), 144 Hz, IPS + G-Sync
STORAGE: 250GB SSD + 1000GB HDD
RAM: 16GB DDR4, 2666 MHz
BIOS TYPE AMI(OEM)
BIOS Version F.10
SMBIOS Version 3.2
UEFI Boot Yes
System BIOS Date 11/21/2019
CHIPSET- South Bridge Intel Cannon Point HM370
It has a very basic UEFI BIOS by AMI (aptio soft) that only allows me to change virtualization and some boot options, nothing more. This is kinda joke from HP. C'mon even some budget HP laptops come with Advanced Settings enabled. We have no access to overclocking, undervolting options, XMP profiles. Even more frustrating thing, UHD 630 iGPU was disabled in factory and there's no access from BIOS. I saw many people complaining on HP support forums and there are no satisfying answers. No recent BIOS updates.
I am planning to utilize this laptop for multiple OSs, including Linux and with GTX1060 pass through in VM for my IT studies.
I need 2 things.
1. ADVANCED Settings in BIOS/UEFI enabled (most needed)
2. Access Intel UHD630 graphics (I paid for the whole product why is it even locked?!)
Thanks.

I reviewed your post and I understand that you want to enable the advanced settings in the BIOS.
Don’t worry, I assure you I will try my best to get this sorted.
To overclock the processor or to undervolt you will need an unlocked processor and the processor on your computer is not an unlocked process. Unlocked processor name end by a letter K.
HP has locked a few settings on your computer which are being managed by the system configuration as the device is configured to its optimal performance.
There's no way of resetting or changing these locked settings via HP articles or assistance,
You could unlock and make changes at your own discretion using 3rd party tools, however, HP doesn't recommend the same nor has information about the tools
I hope that answers your question and you have a great day!

These menu options are taken from my BIOS file and they are hidden. Unless you help me to enable them I cannot accept your answer as solution. It is not only about overclocking or undervolting. I do not need 3rd party solutions.

As I informed earlier there is no option to enable the advanced BIOS settings on the computer.
Cheers!
